Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations require a non-refundable credit card deposit of $ 50 which will be applied to your booking fees in order to confirm and hold your reservation. Due to the small size of our property and the high demand, we must impose a strict booking and cancellation policy. We do understand that sometimes for unforeseen reasons, you may need to cancel your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, you are required to give us a minimum of 14 days notice during Peak Season (July 1 to Sept 15) and 30 days during Festivals (Festivin; Baroque Festival, Acadian Festival); 7 days notice during Shoulder Season ( June 1 -30^th ; Sept 16 - Oct 15) ;

24 hours notice during Off Season (October 16 to May 31st) to cancel your booking, otherwise you will be charged in full for your booking.
