Complimentary on-site parking and Wi-Fi. Any changes in government fees and taxes implemented after booking may affect the total room price. You may contact us about your reservation by email or call 1-506-727-9981.
Check-in Policy:
Self check-in time is from 4pm / Check-out is 11 am. No check-ins after midnight. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible if requested in advance and additional charges may apply. Doors are always locked. Guests are provided an access code and check-in instructions by email or phone/text message before arrival date.
COVID Policy:
There are currently no mandates. We recommend that guests wear masks in indoor common areas and social distance.
Cancellation Policy or Modifying Your Reservation:
There is a non-refundable booking fee of $50/room for cancellations. Due to the small size of our property, we must impose a strict cancellation policy. For regular bookings (including discounts, specials or promotions), if you need to cancel, foreshorten or reduce your stay for any reason prior to check-in, you will be required to give us a minimum of two (2) days notice, otherwise you will be charged in full for your booking. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your pre-payment. If not prepaid, we will charge your credit card. The booking fee can be applied against any new booking before 31 December 2022 subject to availability.
Dining:
Your room rate does not include a meal plan. Due to COVID-19, staff shortages and renovations our dining room is not yet open for meals. Your suite has a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Your room rate has been adjusted downward accordingly. We have you booked for two breakfast baskets $12/person + tax for two mornings.
If you accept the above, kindly immediately confirm by return email in order to secure and hold your reservation. Failure to confirm may result in no room guarantee.
